I came up with this design before Ito brands 4th anniversary. Looking back on year 4, it was a HUGE year of growth for the brand. Never in my life did I think I would get the chance to connect with so many amazing people :) this growth only happened because I finally started wearing my culture on my chest proudly. So, for year 4's anniversary design I wanted to create something that symbolized growth and the island at the same time. The Amapola was perfect :)
